The fact that a few of you from Nags Head Church are going to see what you can learn from a church in a bar is really cool. It's good to know that your church gives allows you guys the freedom to take those kinds of risks and try something new in order to be culturally relevant.
Like the article said, "culturally relevant instead of religious perfection," that's how we reach people.
Even though I'm not with you I'm extremely excited for you guys and the direction your going.
I think this is great. I read some of the comments about the article (on the newspaper's website) and there were some pretty strong arguments for and against this. Interesting reading.
