I think Jesus would define it sort of like that too. I have a disdain for democracy and committees in the church. . .what a waste of time and a lot of work with so little results.

We use teams...we killed the committees a long time ago.

So what's the difference in teams and committees? Other than the name.

Committees talk, plan, appoint, schedule, etc. Teams do.

The saying is that a camel is a horse put together by a baptist committee.

We call it "the 'C word'". Ranks right up there with "business meeting" as profane language.
